Our Butcher Boxes are curated selections of premium kosher goat and lamb cuts, packed together to give you a variety of flavorful options in one convenient box. Each box is designed to make it easy to stock your freezer, plan family meals, or try a few different cuts without having to choose everything individually.

Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and make storing, freezing, and portioning simple. Your box is carefully packed with branded Uziel’s butcher paper and shipped in an insulated cooler to help keep everything protected and cold from our hands to your table.

This box includes:

  • Goat Rack — approx. 1.5–2.5 lb
  • Goat Shoulder — approx. 2–3.5 lb
  • Goat Shank — approx. 1–1.75 lb
